 As a dying breed of chefs, my father’s career began in Delhi’s first ever-Indian restaurant, Kwality, Connaught Place 1940. With his time on the circuit, he worked with Claridges in Delhi, The Taj Hotel Group and was Head Chef of Air India’s Flight kitchen in the ’70s. Being a custodian of his legacy, we needed to preserve these recipes; so I took the burden upon myself to learn everything. Being the only person my father has truly taught, at first what seemed a curse- was the start of a 17-year journey. This has to be, the best Indian food offering in Worcestershire. We’re not about high plating, its just real quaility; historically true techniques and things done well!
