Since the get-go; we’ve opted to be different. In a good way- without getting too complicated if that makes sense. We keep it pure, and it starts with the basics done right. From the dough to the stocks, its a labour of love. You can see that in every plate of food we serve. We’re not gastronauts, we’re not trying to be pretentious, we’re just a pub daring to push some boundaries and be different.
